

About Us
- Mission:
The purpose of the club is to establish a musical society open to all who
are Swiss, or of Swiss decent, or anyone interested in the promotion of Swiss
music. To foster an appreciation of Swiss folk music, yodel music, Swiss
history and traditions through public performance and any other appropriate
means.
Membership:
The club consists of active, associate,
honorary members and honorary associate.

- Active membership requires
that the member attend regular rehearsals, business meetings, public
appearances, take an active part in society activities, and is eligible to
vote in club affairs. Singers are eligible for membership after three
rehearsals, and will be accepted by club vote.

Honorary membership may be conferred (by
vote of the club) upon an individual provided he or she has been of
extraordinary service to the club or has been an active member 25 years
(continually not required), and is entitled to vote.

Associate members are those who help
financially and morally to promote the interests of the club. They shall
receive free admission to the club's concerts and invited to social
activities. They cannot vote.
Honorary associate membership may be
conferred (by vote of the club) upon an individual provided he or she has been
of special service to the club or has been an active associate member for 25
years (continually not required). They cannot vote.
